The Care Pass is for Resident and Non-Resident families that have a caretaker/nanny/babysitter for their household that would like get a pass for this person for the summer. The Care Pass is a separate pass from the Family Pass. This pass is to be used only when the caretaker is with the family and is not to be used as an individual pass. Each family is able to 'transfer' the pass one time; this is for the situation that there is a change in the caretaker for the family. The Care Pass can be purchased at any point once pass sales open. Please make sure the caretaker has been added to your household. The Care Pass fee is based on that person's residency. So if the family is a Lincolnwood Resident family and their caretaker is a Non-Resident, the Care Pass will be the Non-Resident fee, which is $212. The Resident Care Pass fee is $77.

The Resident Individual Pass is for a Lincolnwood Resident that is 13-54 years of age. This is one, single individual pass for the 2023 summer season. This pass is $103. The Early Bird discount will apply to this pass from March 1- Match 24th, 2023.

The Resident Senior Pass is for two seniors that reside in the same household and are both of the age of 55 years and greater. The Senior Couple Pass is $127. Early Bird pricing will apply from March 1 through March 24th, 2023.

The Resident Senior Pass is for Lincolnwood Resident individuals that are of the age of 55 and greater. The Early Bird pricing will apply from March 1 through March 24th, 2023. This is one, individual pass for the 2023 season.

Youth Pass Holders (2-12 yrs) must be accompanied and supervised by an adult, 16 years or older. This is a single, individual pass for a child in the age range of 2-12 years old. The Youth member that has this pass must enter the aquatic center with someone at least 16 years of age. The cost of this pass is $103. The Early Bird Fee will apply from March 1- March 24th, 2023 and will reduce the fee by 10%.

Resident passes are for any Lincolnwood Resident wishing to visit the pool. Regarding a Family Pass: $123 is the BASE RATE for a Resident Family Pass; this is not an individual pass, this is the Primary Pass Holder for the Family Pass. Each additional family member that you want on the family Pass is $30 per person. Before purchasing the pass, please ensure that all household members are currently on your account. To do so, click "account' at the top of the page and then "Household and Member". Once everyone is on the account, proceed with the following steps.

*The system is automatically going to pull all members on your account, onto the Family Pass. You will agree to the waiver for every member, even if you do not want them on the pass. AGREE TO THE WAIVER FOR EVERYONE. Before you checkout, you will have the opportunity to deselect anyone you do not want. See step #7 below!

*If you have a caretaker/nanny for someone in your household, please make sure that person is in your household. When you purchase your Family Pass, this person will be pulled onto it; just be sure to remove them from your cart at the end. Once you have your Family Pass set and in your cart, you will go back and select the Care Pass for your caretaker/nanny and move forward through the steps. Purchasing a Care Pass can be done separately from the Family Pass transaction.

*Early Bird Pricing is March 1st- March 24th, 2023. The system will automatically take 10% off the cost, you will see this in your cart at checkout.

How to register:
1. Sign into your Parks and Recreation online account
2. Click the box that says Pool Passes on the landing page
3. Choose the option of Resident Family Pass- Primary Pass Holder
4. Towards the top of the screen/page, click Add To Cart
5. Choose ONE Primary Passholder from the household and proceed forward (only choose ONE person as the Primary)
6. Agree to the waiver for yourself and each member in your household, even if you do not want them on the family pass (you will have the opportunity to deselect them before checking out)
7. You now can see everyone that has been added onto the Family Pass. If someone is on the pass that you do not want on it, simply click on the grey X that is to the far left of the line that their name is on. Each person that you remove will drop the fee by $30
8. Once you are satisfied with how your Family Pass is set up (Primary and Additionals) you can now check out with a Visa or Mastercard.
